Our bright and comfortable studio with 27m² is situated in Nurembergs beautiful historical center. 2014 we renovated it completely and decorated it new. The city center with its sights, shops and restaurants invites you for a stroll around the town.

Our apartment offers all the amenities for a relaxing stay in Nuremberg. A bright living room with oak flooring offers on 27 m² a fully equipped kitchen unit with stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Moreover, there is a dining area for 4 persons. The sofa can be converted into a bed for 2 people and invites you to relax. In addition there is a sleeping area with a bed (bed with two new mattresses, which can be converted into a double bed) and a cupboard. A south-facing balcony completes the comfort of this bright space. A small but beautiful bathroom with rain-shower provides the necessary daily freshness before you go on a sightseeing trip or your business meeting. It is located in the heart of the city center: a variety of shops and boutiques invite you to stroll and shop. Several restaurants, bars and cozy pubs are within walking distance. Take time to explore the pedestrian zone as well as the many small alleyways in the old town and let yourself be inspired by its flair. For visitors who are keen on culture: the most important museums of the city of Nuremberg are located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, as well as the most important sights such as Christkindlesmarkt, Sebaldus-Kirche, Kaiser-Burg or Dürer-Haus etc.


Next to the apartment are public parking spaces and also a public garage. It is about 700 m walking distance to the main market and to the main station its 1,3 km through the city centre. The subway (Rathenauplatz=U2 Flughafen) is located 450 m from the apartment and runs every 10 min.
