The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchenette and a dining area, a living room with a desk, a piano, a sofa bed and a bed-settee, and a spacious bedroom with two single beds, which are made into a double bed and a walk-in wardrobe. The sleeping chair can also be placed in the bedroom on request. In the new comfortable bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and washbasin you can get through the bedroom. Also the living room is a passage room. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, such as dishwasher, towels, dishes, hi-fi system, TV.

It is centrally located, very close to the old town of Nuremberg (approx. 2000 m). Our house is right next to the Wöhrder lake and the river Pegnitz. From here you can walk along the Pegnitz into the city center "in the green", or make wonderful walks out of town. By car or tram you are in 10 minutes in the center, walk takes about 25 minutes. It is also an ideal starting point for small or large cycling trips on well-developed cycle paths around the city and surroundings. A bicycle rental station (http://www.norisbike.de/) is within a 5 minute walk. In 2 minutes distance you can practice sports such as tennis, table tennis, swimming, volleyball. The apartments are the ideal starting point for city tours on foot or by public transport (tram 350m, only two stops to the beautiful old town). Well connected (motorway 8 min. And main station 10 min.) For trade fairs and excursions in the closer environment such as Franconian Switzerland, the Franconian Lake District and the world cultural heritage city Bamberg.
